Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. For neck problems, the Physiotherapist may ask you to remove your top. For back, a hip or knee problem, the Physiotherapist is likely to ask you to remove your trousers. If required, we have shorts and gowns to allow for privacy and for access to the injured area.

You will be provided with a detailed account which you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement to you, once you have had your treatment and paid. This statement is sent to you at the end of the month, or on request.
We accept cash, electronic transfers, debit and credit cards.
Should you be treated in hospital, your account will be submitted to your medical aid electronically and a copy will be emailed to you. Please ensure we have your correct email address. You remain responsible for following up the claim with your medical aid, and payment thereof , should the medical aid decline or your benefits be depleted.
Yes, a cancellation fee may be charged to non-arrivals.
